Freeman Unveils New 'Your Freeman Experience' Exhibit

DALLAS – (December 7, 2011) – Freeman, the premier provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events, unveiled it’s new “Your Freeman Experience,” a state-of-the art exhibit during the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) annual Expo! on December 7, in Las Vegas.

The interactive exhibit showcases the integrated talents of Freeman’s Creative, Audio/Visual and Fabrication teams. The concept was developed to spotlight Freeman’s key offerings including strategy, creative, innovation and logistics, and to demonstrate Freeman’s fullyintegrated experiential marketing solutions.

“We wanted to create a unique interactive exhibit that would encourage visitors to customize their experience,” said Tom Yurkin, Freeman creative director. “To create the look and feel, we were inspired by structures, shapes and materials on display at the Contemporary Museum of Art in Chicago, as well as the form and texture in everyday items.”

Three 32-inch touch screens and seven hanging iPads encourage visitors to change the color and sounds of the exhibit. Nearly two dozen cone-shaped structures are rigged above the open floor plan to create light installation with colors changing by touch screen. Visitors can choose from blue, green, purple or orange and select from a range of music options including jazz, classical, hip-hop or rock-n-roll. Various flavored candy treats in different colors complement the sensory experience.

“While we utilized leading edge technology, we wanted to create points of engagement that focused on all the senses including sight, sound, touch, smell and taste,” added Yurkin. “We believe this type of personalized experience represents the next generation of face-to-face experiential marketing.”
