Freeman and Caesars Entertainment Announce Preferred Vendor Agreement
Freeman to Provide General Services to Group Customers at Eight Las Vegas Properties
DALLAS – (October 25, 2012) – Freeman – the world’s leading provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events – and Caesars Entertainment – the world’s most geographically-diverse casino-hospitality company – today announced a preferred vendor agreement for Freeman to provide general services to meeting and events customers at Caesars Entertainment’s eight Las Vegas properties, including Caesars Palace, Flamingo Las Vegas, Bally’s Las Vegas, Paris Las Vegas, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The agreement expands upon an ongoing business relationship between Freeman and Caesars Entertainment’s properties.
Through the agreement, Freeman will be the only general services company recommended to provide work on exhibitions, conventions, trade shows and meetings held at Caesars’ Las Vegas locations. The company will act as an extension of the meeting sales and operations team to help customers create events from concept through execution. Additionally, Freeman will maintain offices at Caesars’ properties, enabling the two companies to work together to create seamless event solutions for customers.

The partnership will also help to simplify the event planning process for customers, as Freeman will offer venue-approved, custom structures such as entrance units and registration areas that are designed to specifically to fit Caesars’ properties and match their decor.
