Freeman and Aria Resort & Casino, Bellagio, and The Mirage Announce Preferred Vendor Agreement


DALLAS – Freeman, the world’s leading provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events, today announced a preferred vendor agreement with select MGM MIRAGE properties, including ARIA Resort & Casino, Bellagio, and The Mirage in Las Vegas. This agreement further expands the relationship between Freeman and MGM MIRAGE properties. Freeman has held a preferred vendor agreement at MGM Grand Las Vegas since 2005.

Through this agreement, Freeman will be among the preferred service contractors recommended to provide services for exhibitions, conventions, tradeshows and sales meetings held at ARIA Resort & Casino, Bellagio, The Mirage and the MGM Grand Las Vegas. This partnership represents a winning combination of two first-in-class entities working together to provide unmatched services, facilities and event expertise. Freeman and MGM MIRAGE properties’s recognized leadership continues to advance the event and tradeshow industry and attract new customers including clients that represent the top 200 largest U.S. trade shows.

ABOUT MGM MIRAGE ARIA Resort & Casino, Bellagio, The Mirage and MGM Grand 

ARIA Resort & Casino provides 300,000 square feet of technologically advanced meeting and pre-function space. Four ballrooms can accommodate from 10 to 5,000 attendees, and three feature fully functioning theatrical stages. The facility encompasses three levels and 38 meeting rooms range from 800 to 2,000 square feet.

Bellagio provides 200,000 square feet of meeting space and accommodates functions of all sizes in its three ballrooms ranging in size from 22,000 to 45,000 square feet. Bellagio also has 25 meeting rooms ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet, along with the first exhibition kitchen of its kind, Tuscany Kitchen®.

The Mirage provides a 170,000 square foot convention space with 26 meeting rooms, an executive boardroom, a 40,000 square foot Grand Ballroom and the 90,000 square foot pillarless Mirage Events Center.

MGM Grand Las Vegas provides more than 600,000 square feet of meeting space including the 380,000 square foot conference center and the 92,000 square foot Marquee Ballroom. The facility can accommodate any size group, ranging from groups requiring 5,000 rooms blocked to 15 person executive meetings.
